John Treutler, Vice President for Contracts & Finance

Mr. Treutler is a former SH-60B Seahawk pilot who graduated from the US Naval Academy in 1988.  His tours included deployments to the Southeast Asia and the Eastern Pacific.  He also served as an FRS Instructor Pilot.  He was an MS Operations Research from the US Naval Postgraduate School in 1997.  His active duty acquisition support included Assistant Program Manager (T&E) services for multiple PEO(A) programs for the MH-60, H-53, AH-1/UH-1, MV-22, S-3, and E-6 platforms, and as the Power and Propulsion IPT Lead for all training aircraft (PMA-273).  

Since retiring from the US Navy, Mr. Treutler’s private sector work has been with small business government support contractors, where he provided Test and Evaluation consultation, planner, and test director services for Operational Test of the MH-60R and MH-60S platforms and weapon systems while under DOT&E oversight.  In addition, he has served in small multiple business leadership and executive roles, developing strategy and policy, managing corporate risk, developing business opportunities, and providing oversight of the firm’s government and commercial contract execution.
