DLA TLS/SOE (Special Operations Equipment)

Direct procurement of aerial targets, RCMA systems, and associated field support.

Available to U.S. DoD components, USSOCOM, federal law enforcement agencies, and state/local entities with approved DLA access.

GSA OASIS+ Small Business (SB)

GSA OASIS+ SDVOSB

Same as OASIS SB, but specifically set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
