Welcome Anthony Littmann!
ABSI Aerospace and Defense is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Anthony Littmann as Vice President of ABSI’s Maritime Systems Division. This strategic addition to our executive leadership team marks a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to excellence and innovation in the defense sector.
Mr. Littmann is a distinguished former Senior Military Officer with an exemplary record in the United States Navy. A career Surface Warfare Officer, Mr. Littmann held key positions afloat and ashore that have provided him deep insights into Fleet, Strike Group, and ship operations and training.
At sea, Mr. Littmann served as Commanding Officer of the USS Monterey (CG 61) and USS Chaffee (DDG 90). Mr. Littmann focused his crews on combat readiness and tactical proficiency, achieving award winning results on both command tours. Ashore, Mr. Littmann served as Director of Simulation at the Surface Warfare Officers School, where over 1000 Surface Warfare Officers are prepared for their sea tours each year. Most recently, Mr. Littmann served as Director of Current Operations for the United States Fleet Forces Command, where Mr. Littmann managed the daily operations for 120 ships and submarines and over 1500 aircraft on the east coast of the United States and the western Atlantic.
These roles have uniquely positioned Mr. Littmann to lead ABSI’s Maritime Systems Division as well as added Hampton Roads Virginia to ABSI’s growing footprint.
